- Multimedia Services Center was established in October 1998 for the purpose to collaborate with the newly built NTU Library and to respond to the flux of digital media trend, as well as to provide a comfortable and multifunctional visual-audio environment so that the university faculty and students may benefit from its high efficiency and to suffice the need of teaching and self-learning. Multimedia Services Center aims to provide audio-visual education materials pertaining to education and knowledge collected nationwide and internationally, and to support university research and learning.
- The 1,292-square-meter Multimedia Services Center is located on the fourth floor of Main Library and consists of personal viewing areas and group viewing areas. Also at the back side of the first floor, there is a couch area which is called “Music Bay” that provides music kiosk with various genres. In 2010, “Multimedia@Online” was introduced to offer the university faculty and students multimedia services anytime and anywhere.
